How are Rlongevity products formulated?
Each product is developed as a precision protocol — combining mineral-rich matrices with selected botanical actives. Formulations are tested and documented in the Product Information File in line with EU cosmetic regulation.
Are the formulations suitable for sensitive skin?
Most formulations contain a high percentage of naturally derived ingredients and are designed to support barrier function. We recommend reviewing the full INCI list before use and patch-testing on a small area.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the European Union. Selected international destinations are available at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How should I store the candles and diffusers?
Store in a dry environment away from direct sunlight. Onyx and marble vessels are natural materials — handle with care.
